Therapy Focus Areas

I am dedicated to supporting adult women in my community. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by an attachment-focused approach that prioritizes safety, curiosity, and compassion.

Women comforting friend

Have you ever felt broken beyond repair, maybe beyond even able to see what meaning or function you have left? Have you ever felt lost, alone, and forgotten?

Together, we slow down and notice what is happening  — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships. We explore how past wounds, attachment patterns, and nervous system responses may be shaping your reactions and sense of self.

You have a place with me. I will come alongside you and we can pick up the pieces together. Every part of you and your story is welcome. We can find the path forward, together.

Never let anyone who cannot bear your pain make you feel unbearable. Not everyone is capable of walking with you, but that does not mean you are not worthy of belonging.

Cup repaired with kitsugi

The Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold, is a poignant image for the growth and healing that can take place in therapy. When pain, imperfections, and brokenness are courageously revealed, it allows them to be healed and turned into something beautiful. I am honored when clients choose to trust me with their vulnerability and look forward to discovering gold together.

Land Acknowledgement

My practice is located on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded lands of the Lummi Nation, Nooksack Tribe, and other Coast Salish peoples, who have stewarded these lands and the waters of the Salish Sea since time immemorial.

I believe that healing begins with truth. Part of that truth is recognizing the enduring presence, wisdom, and resilience of Indigenous communities, as well as the harm caused by the present, historical, and intergenerational trauma of colonization and displacement.

I offer this acknowledgement not as a formality, but as a step toward justice, repair, and respectful presence—values deeply rooted in both the therapeutic relationship and my own commitment to care. May this space be one of compassion, humility, and healing for all who enter it.
